Process to Sell Your Home

The real estate market has gone through significant changes over the past few years and so have skills needed to sell your home. A traditional sale has to complete with Bank Owned properties and Short Sales which are often priced aggressively to make them attractive to a prospective Buyer. We have extensive experience in Marketing and Pricing to get you the maximum exposure in the current market. Short Sales can be a frustrating process but it helps a great deal to be represented by a Realtor experienced in negotiating with the Bank(s) to bring the sale to a successful close. We have that experience and are Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certified. We realize that every Home Seller is unique, as in Short Sales and Tradition Sales, and has different needs. Therefore, a boiler plate marketing plan will not be effective. We have a standard Marketing Plan in place but because we know this plan will not suit all home sellers, we cutomize it to fit each home seller's needs.
  • If you are a Short Seller then you need to market your home at a price that will bring in a qualified Buyer and at the same time be acceptable to the Bank. A Short Sale can easily take two months to get a response from the Bank on an offer. An agent experienced in negotiating with the Bank and who knows how to work the process is a necessity.
  • A Traditional Seller faces different challenges such as “How do I protect my equity when Bank Owned and Short Sales in my neighborhood are being sold below market value?”. We are knowledgeable at determining the fair market value and at getting your home the maximum exposure needed to get the best price possible.
