deal to be represented by a Realtor experienced in negotiating with the Bank(s) to bring the

Sales and Tradition Sales, and has different needs. Therefore, a boiler plate marketing plan will not
be effective. We have a standard Marketing Plan in place but because
we know this plan will not suit all home sellers, we
cutomize it to

Bank. A Short Sale can easily take two months to
get a response from the Bank on an offer.
